Statistics: Russia’s palladium output rises 1.7% on year in Nov

MOSCOW, Dec 19 (PRIME) -- Russia’s palladium and palladium alloy output rose 1.7% on the year and 23.8% on the month in November, the Federal State Statistics Service said Monday.

Platinum and platinum alloy production decreased 22.5% on the year and bur rose 6.3% on the month in November.

In January–November, palladium and palladium alloy production remained flat, while platinum and platinum alloy output fell 2.6%.

Previously, absolute figures on the production of non-ferrous metals were a state secret. The figures are no longer classified, but the government does not publish them.
